Let the record reflect: As soon as I saw that bid at $1.20, I put a sell order, day only, for 1,000 shares. A partial fill executed 450 shares so far...
I have a 60-day GTC limit order for $2.00 for 1,000 shares also. We actually had an asking price for $2.00 today, before I put my order in.
Goal: Would like to cover full cost of $3,000 and let the rest ride.
This is very bullish. Tight, tight float! All interests in perfect alignment. If it were not for a market cap of over $26 million, I would not sell. But 10 million shares is about normal for a startup, and startups can trade at high multiples. But somebody is obviously wanting a piece of the pie, and you can't get in unless you are venture capital. Nobody is dumping shares here.
What the heck. I'll put in a 3rd order for 1,000 shares at $1.50 right now. I'm feeling competitive in my pricing.
Holy Cow! Never mind. As soon as I did, I just had my entire order at $1.20 filled. And the stock is at $1.99. Wow. What a day. I think raise that to $1.80. 1,000 shares at $1.80. Good for TODAY ONLY. Not feeling competitive anymore.
