Yeah, that's quite an understatement. But I don't necessarily believe that the citizens in question are better off for that particular fiscal policy.

Is it possible to quantify how much this "donation" will affect NEOM's bottom line? Are there perhaps tax write-off implications that will result in an overall neglible effect?
