I continue to believe there was a small group of people, possibly associated with management, that lead an effort to deceive shareholders.

IMO, they lead the charge to go to the private board because they knew the company was getting exposed and their Thesis was getting whopped to cream by the likes of Hugo and Derek. Insiders profited heavily from the deceit being pumped on the board and Twitter. All counter arguments on private were shot down immediately and cause for banishment and or being branded a "mole" for leaking the lies being spread to mislead longs.
