What an incredible surprise ... NOT

"I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!"

Down $2.69 AH? You'll see down $4+ tomorrow on open.

Of course this is all irrelevant and immaterial to Apple's current guidance or currently projected forward projections and estimates, and thus the stock price, insofar as the impact on earnings and financials is concerned. There are two problems that are real, though. The first is, if you have a dishonest management that would engage in behavior to cheat and rip off shareholders using one method during one period of time, what's to say they wouldn't do the same thing again if they thought they could get away with it, and had figured out a different racket?

The much bigger potential problem, though, are those criminal charges that have been filed against Brocade's former CEO, other executives and Board members. And the SEC's statements that there are many more similar charges that are yet to be filed. Imagine how far and how fast AAPL would fall if criminal charges were ever filed against of Apple's executive team. That's the real dark cloud out there until this all gets addressed, and Apple finally comes clean on what the "irregularities" are.
