Do you have any idea what random problems, delays, and annoyances can come back??? You can get one thing wrong a single peace of paperwork and you have to redo the entire thing, and travel around the universe to reget every signature, and be late to starbucks meetings where all your back-up business partners are waiting for you to clarify the ins and outs of a million details.
