well sorry about the name calling, okay, we can all be Bozos at times, but I see a lot of people telling you things in posts and you not listening. It would be nice if you could contribute to our collective understanding of the merger process, and the steps and time it takes to satisfy the SEC and NASD, whom are clearly, the most difficult and challenging organizations to satify for the establishment of securities
