Brian is a very smart businessman. 350 Green owed his company for work done over 150K and weren't paying him, so Brian to protect his interest with the scum who did not pay him, offers to buy the Chicago network (why not it's in his backyard and their in the electrical business already) and a deal was done.

Back to the scum who owed JNSH the money, they had a pending deal with CCGI that went void, CCGI found out the scum sold the Chicago network to Brian and went stupid and sued JNSH and since then, CCGI sued JNSH in NY and lost, in Chicago and lost, plus an appeal of their multiple losses and lost that also.

Case in point Brian has done a great job navigating this mess and has prevailed across the board and that is what makes me believe that he will hammer CCGI for big $$$$ based on his previous actions and results.
