Figuring out how one market maker might of legitimately turned over 3 times the O/S count over the course of a year is much easier than trying to figure out why after 8 months the first well that was built, hart 8 is not pumping gas.

in fact the answer to the float turnover is so stupidly simple it doesn't warrant any further mention.

however the question of hart 8......someone give me an intelligent answer.

I guess you have to be part of the "fruit loop club" to know.

It has been a month since it was rumored it was to be turned on and now....still nothing.
