You guys at Ironridge are funny. You are suing because of the depreciation in the stock price that YOU HELP TO CAUSE.

Another false statement.

Not too terribly long ago, at least well after the first several crashes. Ironridge filed a Form 13G that disclosed that they still held virtually all of their shares. So pray tell, how does one cause a sp to crash if one does not sell any shares and flood the market with imaginary shares as ill-informed shareholders have long accused IR of doing?

Not sure how many more times it has to be empirically proven here that if you lay out the timing of when the restricted stock unlocked and became free trading -- yes, I am referring to the free shares that SCRC's officially endorsed homophobic criminal JOSEPH ZAMPETTI, SCRC's own "President" Adam Brosius (via his Black Cat Consulting "invester relations consulting firm"), and over a dozen fellow CORE criminals received for pumping and dumping SCRC over the years in clear violation of Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 -- and compare it against the timing of when the sp experienced significant crashes, you will see quite clearly a direct relationship that points directly to JOEY Z and his CORE lapdogs as the cause of the death spiral that SCRC has experienced.
