I think he would be doing this based upon public knowledge only. Bigger has made it public that we are talking directly to KM about integrating device into their system, Etc.. Dickson cannot have done this based upon information we all don't have. So this tells me he is confident based upon no new info only in what we all know.
It's all good stuff no matter how you slice it at this point.
