I believe it will be settled with some type of share equity deal. All the clues point to this and I don't care if people jump down my throat about it, it's what I think is going to happen with the information that is readily available.

iTalks indirect sub filed Chapter 11 to restructure some debt. The impending lawsuits couldn't be managed independently, put them all together, take care of business in my opinion.

Could it go the other way? Of course, sh*t happens...
