Huge dilution is coming. You're not missing anything. The reason is the company's preferred stock financing strategy. It gives preferred shareholders the option to convert to commons at discounts of up to 30% off current market price. Dilution is going to accelerate and it would be wise to stay away. Such a shame a valuable company can be ruined by a CEO that has no idea how to properly structure.
