OK, 12 months regulatory control period for crop being tested. Yes that fits the cycle of the bean harvest cycle. Confirmed by google that harvest for Costa Rica is Sept-Feb as stated in CC.

But to do this for each territory/country would seem time constrictive and completely unnecessary IMHO. If the results are tested by an independent international accredited lab this should speed up the process in getting an "OK" for use in other counties. What is the lab that has been chosen.. if any so far? When tested, results should be published with a PR. Intertek provides these services but I wonder at what point in the process they need to be introduced for the process to be valid:

What is being done in Europe or Africa, Brazil? Certainly a trip to each of these locations should not be needed when we have so much Technology to do conferences over the internet. Once lab tests are completed by an accredited facility any country should be open to the product I would think IMHO. I speak Portuguese and if they would like I can help sale there for a fee, LOL.
