Why do you allow admins to do as they please??

WHy do you allow some admins to do as they please. They delete posts attack,insult people,bash and support bashers at the same time.. Yet if one defends himself you get banned or put in Jail over Tou.. Yet some admins and bashers violate the tou all the time and nothing is done about it.. There is ton of off topic posts there by the assitant admin and basher crew yet nothing done about it.. If you are going to enforce a tou it needs to
apply to EVERYONE..
