Do you really think Canopy(Tweed) would have been uplisted to the main TSX board a full 5 months after Allard came down if they were operating with an unconstitutional license???

You guys know how hard it is to get an uplist to a major board.

It just wouldn't happen if there was anything questionable about the legality of the company or it's license to operate.
