I'm suddenly more hopeful than you - As I have followed Ray Barton scams for YEARS. The SEC is asking MANZO about shares he sold from his PREVIOUS company which would be this one.

And they are asking about the deal he has with Jay Sharma from Celprogen.

It is obvious Ray Barton is his puppetmaster and I think Manzo will spill the beans as he doesn't have much experience with the law and securities. Not to mention he keeps opening his yapper to a shareholder about the SEC investigation.

They are way connected in more ways than you think. Once the SEC had opened the door and start looking - I think there is a good chance they will find Ray Barton and all his deals.

They are closer than you think!!!


But you are right - it won't help MDIN common shareholders get back the money they lost on all the bogus promises.
