Koeran that's the point of this scam.

They put out press talking about a dividend never intending on paying it. They hope it brings in buying to keep up stock price while their insiders dump.

It the whole intent. As Typical said, due to "investor advocating" they had no choice but to address this especially since Gary Johnson's name as CEO is all over this. As well as the Kubby Kush fiasco under his CEO watch.

Here's the kicker, we are confirming with FINRA, they never received nor did they ever rule on a application from CBDS on the 2.5 for 1 split/dividend Nov 16, 2015

At the end of the day, it's just another thing CBDS did not follow through on, screwed investors & took care of insiders.
