well i doubt they can use that 2 million to increase their profits in such a way that they can pay back the note. being able to pay back that note means having profits of $ 500k per quarter. in Q1 they had $ 100k. its just a question if you consider that likely that they can pay back the note. i dont think they will be able to do so
