Same methodology as to core position. What appears to be going on today is the "manipulators" have it. Some short heavily ,go flat then buy, short, go flat, buy etc. One broker alone has done this 3 times already today. The HFT exchanges are doing well, as are the hedgies,..everyone except the retail long. Until this playing field is ever "leveled" just trade it!
