Well, had to read through all of the long posts, which by the way was very informative. I like your wife's (Rapid Growth) name better. And no, I definitely don't want to be like penny stock website, that's not even remotely close to what I wanted to do and I am not concerned about any tax laws because we need to take the baby steps first, taxes are the last thing in my mind. First is the website, then marketing, then getting members, then providing tips based on hours and hours of research. I am not even concerned about lawsuits, there is such a thing as a disclaimer. The time we tell them about a ticker, lets say, we informed the subscriber at 3 AM PDT and ticker was already up, lets say, 75% and they got in when the market opened and it went up another 25%, that's 100%, but it dropped to 50% and now they are down 25%, we should not be liable for it because they were informed right before the pop. It has to be at their discretion when to liquidate their position. I don't provide analysis on stocks, just want to give them the heads up, which ticker is on the move. I also don't want to brag about it, once we nail most of them, they will come to us and the reputation will speak for itself. For instance, I made a move on SAEX last week, I am up 150% already, I saw it on my radar, read the news and decided to jump in. It takes a-lot of hard work to be successful in trading, lot of DD. Most think it's easy, I see some peeps on Stocktwits that don't even know what a float or outstanding is, those are the ones we need that don't put the time and effort to research, so we do it for them for a minimal price point, believe me some of them are rich kids and it's play money for them. More importantly don't ever forget, charity starts from home, first help yourself before you can help anyone else, we build a awesome and interactive website and I am talking about something appealing, they will come, believe me they will come and once we build a reputation they will come in big masses. I personally don't like i-Hubbers, most of them are sharks and cons, you will find good ones, but that's a 1-2% from all the bad apples.
