I disagree with you there. I believe the meters are necessary to keep the passenger and the driver honest with each other. Plus, the country is so poor that many can't even afford a cell phone.

And I also see that you are so rigid in your thinking that you want this to fail.

Even though it probably will fail, I would not want to have the same rigid thinking as displayed here.
