More about our most recent joint venture with GTP

www.inventorgtp.com

Their new product, the 2ner.

CMIH has reached agreement to form a joint venture with the GTP Company, to be named 21st Century Wireless Inc., a 'next generation' technology company with several world-wide wireless patents and products that have wide multiple applications. CMI Holdings Group has agreed to acquire a major ownership stake and provide all marketing, distribution and product fulfillment. CMI will share in all phases of income. ``There are some great consumer electronic products leading from this'' stated CEO Ross Rojek, ``However, expansion of the patent allows us to move further into the licensing and production of cellular, music and entertainment products. What we don't sell directly, we will license or sell to other companies and industries.'' The first of these technologies is beginning production. Announcements are forthcoming.

This item, which is now beginning production, is the next generation Walkman or the Walkman of the 21st Century.

By utilizing bone conductance technology, the 2ners is a worldwide patented, self-contained FM Headphone unit that produces concert like sound with the unique and revolutionary benefit that it does not cover or rest on the ears.

Users get to listen to their favorite music without the hassle of wires and without being excluded from sounds of the outside world.
Traditional headphones block out virtually all sound but the music. That makes them very dangerous.

Numerous individuals are killed yearly because they were unaware of a vehicle's approach.
Because of this danger, it is illegal in many states to jog, cycle or skate on a road with covered ears. 2ners unique patented design allows the wearer of the 2ners to hear all ambient sound, and at the same time achieve musical nirvana. He or she can also have a normal conversation while utilizing the 2ners, and they weigh one fifth of the current generation self-contained Sony and Panasonic type headphones.

The second element of the technology is a Wireless Tuner transmitter. The 2ner Headset can be combined with a one-ounce tunable wireless transmitter that plugs into a disc, mp3, or a tape player and takes up virtually no additional space.
It includes digital scan tuning with phase lock loop technology which enables the 2ner to aggressively search for stations and lock on with virtually no drift, thus no static from an out of tune station.
Our technology searches for and locks on to the next station available and automatically adjusts for best reception.
The overall consequence is that our 2ners receive more stations more clearly.
The 2ner has bass boost of 25dB over the difficult to reproduce range of frequencies from 20 to 200 hertz.
Its unique acoustic port technology enhances mid range and treble notes.

``As American society became more mobile, so too the personal portable stereo has grown in popularity.

"Sales of Sony Walkman personal stereos topped 100 million units last year, in the US alone." stated CEO Ross Rojek, ``We believe CMI Holdings and 21st Century Wireless Inc., have a very hot cutting-edge wireless product, along with the distribution channels and marketing sense to successfully penetrate this huge market.''

CMI Holdings Group, through its BTP Distribution Division had hired Sarah Rosenberg to develop sales into specialty and consumer electronic stores.
Announcements are forthcoming.
At this time, BTP fulfills for Vstore (hosting over 125,000 web sites), Amazon.com, Borders, Barnes & Noble, a multitude of web companies, several hundred bricks and mortar customers, and libraries around the country.

In addition, CMI just announced that Gerald C. Parker has been added to the company's Board.
With more than 30 years experience in the development, funding and management of successful companies, Parker is a well-known Internet visionary best known for co-founding Inktomi Corporation (Nasdaq:INKT - news), developers of scalable network applications and traffic servers.

Over the past three years, Parker and his associates have raised more than $300 million for many start-up companies, including funds for LiquidGolf, one of the Internet's most successful online golf product retailers; Digital2Me; Consortio; American Manufacturers.com, and Inktomi.

Parker also founded Credit Information Systems, which was sold to Equifax. He has also served as the Chairman of Investment Management of America, a merchant bank specializing in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions.

``We feel honored to have Gerry as a member of our Board, whose track record for success is apparent,'' said Ross Rojek, CEO of CMI Holdings. ``He adds a vision and diversity of business experience, in keeping with the company's continued aggressive growth.'' CMIH continues its rapid infrastructure buildout, as the company continues to position itself for several exciting developments just ahead.

CMI Holdings will invest in or acquire any company or product in any industry that promises to provide an exceptional opportunity for growth in shareholder value.

The company will provide management expertise in several disciplines (marketing, financial, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital), creating an environment for synergistic growth.

In this pursuit, CMI Holdings is becoming very aggressive, as recent developments reveal: CMI Holdings Group has reached agreement to secure a private equity line of up to $2 Million in financing, to be used for upcoming acquisitions and to further corporate development. ·

CMI Holdings Group has retained the Lebrecht Group as their SEC law firm. The Lebrecht Group will be assisting the company in obtaining fully reporting status with the SEC through either a Form10SB filing, or a merger with a fully reporting company, which will allow CMI Holdings to assume and maintain an OTC reporting status. ·

CMI Holdings Group announced that Sarah Rosenberg has joined the company as it's National Sales Manager, expanding sales into the school, library markets, bookstore sales, as well as creating new sales channels into technology and electronics outlets.

Sarah joined the company from Prima Publishing, and has been in the industry for over 12 years. She held the position of Sales Manager, for Emerging Markets at Prima Publishing in Roseville, California, and before that served as Trade Sales Manager at Publishers Group West, the country's largest book distributor.

CMI Holdings Group adds Dave Olbrich to the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Olbrich brings almost 20 years of publishing and management experience from the comic, game and entertainment industry.
Mr. Olbrich developed and evaluated new intellectual properties for publishing, licensing and media development including ``The Men In Black''.
Mr. Olbrich was responsible for conceiving, building, managing and directing of Malibu Comics Entertainment, which was eventually sold to Marvel Entertainment for $15 million dollars.
During his time at Malibu, he served as creator and editor-in-chief of the first business publication for the comic industry.

Olbrich's resume includes discovering and publishing highly successful new comic book titles that have captured the attention of Hollywood including, Men In Black, Spawn and Night Man.
Men In Black went on to become the 17th greatest US Box Office hit, grossing over $250,000,000.
Among other concepts Olbrich published include, Savage Dragon, WildC.A.T.s and Ultraforce, which became animated series and action-figure toy lines.
He also founded the industry's most prestigious awards program, The Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards.
``I look forward to working with Dave for future business development,'' said Ross Rojek, CEO of CMI Holdings. ``He has some great contacts in the media, publishing, and New Ordering Platform."

As part of the Company's ongoing growth plans, CMI Holdings will be launching a new ordering platform with the Comics & Comix chain of stores.

CMI will be consolidating new product solicitations from vendors and providing a searchable database each month of new products, both online and on CD Rom.
CMI will be placing computer kiosks in stores with a searchable database of all the upcoming products from the comic, game, and toy vendors, which allows the in store customer to order upcoming products and inventory from the kiosk, and have the purchases shipped either to the customers home, or held for pick up in the store.

``Comics & Comix and TheComicStore.com order from over 200 vendors on a regular basis. By consolidating this information for our customers, we will be able to increase our sales and ordering at the local store level,'' said Ross Rojek, CEO of CMI Holdings. ``In addition, we will be able to offer the service to thousands of other stores on either a lease or fulfillment basis after the beta test is completed.''

The Comic and Game industry is annually a multi-billion dollar business sector, with merchandise mostly sold through small owner-operator single store businesses.

There are approximately 10,000 stores and 3,000,000 customers in the industry.

Ross Rojek wholly owns Comics & Comix, is CEO of CMI Holdings, and this is a related party business CMI Holdings Group Inc.

To Host Online Voting For Firecracker Alternative Book Awards CMIH announced that TheComicStore.com would be the online voting source and a co-sponsor for the Firecracker Book Awards for the second year running.
