Here is my take on what might happen. With the company and Manzo. as for the company being shut down. There is no way. There is a civil enforcement agency. They can halt a company but they need a
court order. In this case the worst thing they'll do is force Ken to step down as officer and director and let someone else step in. Halting it will only hurt shareholders and they only do that in very extreme cases. Plus it had nothing to do with the company. This all happened years before. I don't think they'll make him step down but that's the worst they can do. He will probably get a healthy fine.
