they have lightened up since the price is now lower than dirt. but...I am not confident on short term here, accumulation is not shoring up the dyke of outgoing funds. you wont see any buying until confidence is restored, once this happens, wherever the bottom is, you will have a hard time getting in anywhere close to it.
