The higher the PPS the less amount of shares required to hit the market. I get your opinion though, they get a 65% discount- and will probably "dump"; however, IN MY OPNION, this will not be the case.

Come Monday, they can convert and sell (or sell and convert if you wish) at about one third of a cent.

Wouldn't you sell until the current price makes it prohibitive to do so?
