Proposed Settlement. I received in the mail today a Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action for shareholders who bought stock between Sept 28, 2010 and Jan 3, 2013. The settlement fund will be for $1,340,000 and shareholders should receive around $.04/share after expenses. A settlement hearing will be held Oct 20, 2016 in New York.
