I believe that would be the bank. When she hits the skids and bills are not paid to creditors outstanding shares will appear for debt owing. Once there is only a small value of the common left to the millions of share holders still holding well they are worth only pennies or a fraction of.

Now they can't give out a fraction of a penny so they will reverse the stock and the one holding just one share will get those fractional shares and be up maybe $10
