The SEC recently released wiretap evidence against one of the smartest longtime promotors in Pennyland, a disbarred lawyer. In one recording he bemoans to an accomplice that the public was getting much sharper about stock frauds. I've been on online stock boards for about 20 years and there's no question that's true.
