If we knew the answer to that we'd either be loading the boat, or the opposite thereof. That is where the speculative nature comes in, because we do not know that.

The b and the a will have to dividend out 90+ percent or so of income as a reit to remain a reit. They both will divi the same figure in that regard. The a shares have a higher voting ratio for management, voting in 4 out of the 6 director seats vs 2 for b shares, or something to that nature. seemingly that is about the main difference aside from the much lower share count for the a. other than that they seem to have the same representation for dividend distributions. also i think you may be off a tiny bit on the share counts, as per latest filing, but that may have changed, and wouldn't really factor in out of the money options.

options are granted with higher strike prices, and b shares are being given to close this potential deal. I'm assuming the a shares still want to keep a higher power in regards to voting status for electing management, and tightly held nature, thus avoiding the dilution on a.

does it feel like it could make the b a .10+? you must consult your astrologist or medium. can the a be a 1 +? anything is possible. do you believe in tarot? can the b do backflips and play dead like a dog? presumably. will that actually happen? no idea. will the deal even be consumated? no clue. what are the ratios? your guess. does the target seemingly have a great portfolio. seemingly. is the ceo on the p side generally experienced? well, he may like jimi. again, it is all a generally opaque horizon, with a direction of sailing preference indicated, but not that much more. given that, the obscure nature of the future may have more clarification by september 18th according to the omens filed with the commission, and until then the ramifications are a game of chance.

good luck either way in your decisions and due dilingers.

i am barely fit to go to the bathroom by myself, and should not be held in any regard as a person with any advice worth more than raw sewage.
