Read the complaint it states that Lamar took the deal to another company and is CEO. That be DGM. Now, sell your shares, ride it down and await August 10. Verbal agreement must have been at one of those wild SLS parties. The Trademark will not be "beats" it will have "SLS" on everyone of them.
