Interesting that, in retrospect, the run from mid teens to $25 was on only average volume. The current move up is on less than average vol.
As far as I can determine the institutions have consistently increased their holdings of HALO over the last few years. Perhaps the float is pretty well soaked up by the big holders thus limiting daily volume?
