There could be a r/s if they never can get the price up, the company has big plans and one is to go to AMEX eventually.
The CEO seems confident the price will move upwards without one... so what would he have to do for starters, the balance sheet need to be cleaner from the debt, that's happening, revenues increase and showing profit would be excellent, funding from partners still going to happen, more deals that help the bottom line and consistent filing with audited trustworthy numbers. Some things that will help this potentially great company get there.
I'm thinking if none of the above happens successfully, at super worse case 1 for 500 but as far as I know the company seems to think they can get the price up after all the negatives are resolved just from the pr's and CEO stating no reverse split as well (I know, fwiw).
