Hi, Gary: Houses in Vegas that used to sell in a week are now taking 6 months to move and the prices are slipping....The large builders are offering the real estates agents 13% commissions to push their big new home projects instead of the older home being sold by the general public....business at the casinos has SLOWED and higher interst rates and high gas are taking its toll.
