that is the best way to show strength in a stock is to buy the ask, shorts hang out on the bid side trying to nibble shares away hoping this is just another .10 pink scam stock and wait for the large shareholders start to dump shares starting a chain reaction like you see so many times with the illegitimate company's that do just that all day long in the penny world. Not going to happen here imo.
