Zapata all the way. The Technology Readiness Level is at a 7!! This is not the pie in the sky idea I, and many others, originally thought it was.

That said, I don't want to get shares in Zapata as a consolation prize for a low buy-out price for the ETD. We need a fair return on the years we've been invested in that business. And, as the leader in the ETD industry, we deserve that fair price.

If we can sell the ETD at a decent price and then continue to be invested in Zapata, that's certainly a win-win.
