I didn't buy at the top.

I didn't even buy in at $2 before the RS. Equivalent would be around the 90 cent range and bought a little ways down. But as soon the the RS was announced that was a huge red flag. Especially not three months before Vanis explicitly said the share structure was good. He then said this again after the RS was announced and the AS was moved to 250 mil saying it is enough to pay for all plans.
