How many CFO changes has this company been through in the last 12 months or so now? looks like about 8.. why? is there something they are not comfortable with?

Onto 3rd different auditor already? when trying to move to the big board why would you change from BDO (respected international accounting firm) to some no name firm in NJ (madoff esque anyone?)

Company talks about how cutting edge their tech is but I don't see anything beyond lithium-ion products that have been around for many years? and the rhetoric about made in USA being better than made in china, what about made in europe or japan / korea? they make some pretty good batteries as well
