The company only needs to sell 100,000,000 shares at this level to fund the IND application and the first six months of a clinical trial. No problem. I am sure he is just busy busy at his desk going over all of the offers he has from institutional investors. Take a break Kenny and enjoy a long weekend its only been four years that this company has been promoting a clinical trial. No one expects you to work this hard for a lousy 195k paycheck and 3 million $ in stock. There is always Q1 2017 or 2018. I'm sure by the time you get around to trials you will have to change the design five or six more times anyway. Your shareholders will wait you super hero.
