I don't know anything about stocks, but YRC is a loser company. I waited on hold for 8+ minutes to get to talk to a human, just to get tracking information on a shipment. This is very typical of YRC. What's not been typical, but was still frustrating this morning was that the CSR said our company's shipment had been lost for five days, then once it was found, it took three more days for them to send it out for delivery. There's very much an "it is what it is" mentality there.

Maybe I'm not supposed to post things like that in here. I haven't read any TOA. Kick me off, I don't care. This is all just a part of a bigger problem with customer service right now. Virtually every company now treats its customers like cattle. I am so sick of it. So to YRC, and every other company with sucky customer service, feel my wrath, my mild, unnoticeable, social media posts wrath.
