General update info. Spoke with Mr Wiley and the company has been working on the audited Financials for some time and did not just start. Those should be completed within 60 days and thus October should easily be a time from from releasing them to the market. Aside from that the application to the pinksheets new level will be made in the interim. These filings need NOT be complete to submit the application but I'd certainly imagine they would need to be complete to actually get list..So October would be my best guess..FWIW...Van
