Superior Telecom, New Age Telecom, Mesorah Heritage Foundation, and ArtScroll.com all listed in PR as new customers - where are they???
PR customers Lucid Integrated Systems and eze System, are they generating revenue - Nope
Dollar Days announced as customer, are they integrated?? - Nope
Then you have Dad's roast coffee, monthly-filter-club, Cuallix, on and on...none of which materialized.
Sionic was 90% complete and days away according to CEO - Nope
Dozens of companies announced as customers - but no one can name a customer that is currently generating revenue for Myec
No information available anywhere that proves Sierra Global exists to do business beyond anyone but Myec
Sierra Global provided a modest amount of money to pay off old MYEC debt and received hundreds of millions of shares, sold Greenpay (with no assets according to Ed) to MYEC for over $1,000,000, and is now a shareholder of MYEC, despite being a Nevis formed entity that let its charter expire by not paying the filing fees.
Greenpay and MYEC are shown in multiple public records to be the owners of luxury real estate, several of which have been posted for foreclosure
Ed posts on FB new terms about the Greenpay sale that contradict the actual agreement filed with the SEC.

Actual patent not owned by company, owned by Ed who promised at one point to convey patent to company...never happened
Toxic financing with shady characters
Claims by the CEO that former board members/officers/employees/associates are trying to extort him
Lawsuits from creditors and former employees

Everything above is true and verifiable. At what point does one draw the line and realize this is a scam?
