I have several patents in my name that companies own. If a patent pending is listed on your product, the patent number will not show up until the actual patent is registered and released. Back in the 90's it was taking 5 years to get a patent number issued. The patent office has been under recent budget cuts just like the other government offices. It would not surprise me if their patent number isn't issued for several more years.
