There is way worse than this one on the OTC. What this has going for it that makes it prime to explode is as follows.

Float less than 20 mill IMO... I know a lot of people that own a lot or shares. No dilution in the 10 years I have owned this.

Heff owns a truckload of shares and likes money, A LOT!
