So a sub penny stinky pink just HAD to pre authorize a reverse split ahead of time to not waste a single minute before uplisting to Nasdaq? Um, no.

Or did a sub penny stinky pink pre authorize a reverse split to guarantee the equity houses buying its dirt cheap convertibles that they would always be able to sell higher?

The second sounds WAY more plausible imo.
