Kraig’s New Transgenic Lines Reported in the First Quarter Are Now Stable
In the first quarter of this year, Kraig reported the successful creation of four new transgenic lines designed to more closely match the construct of native spider silk. Over the second quarter, those lines have established themselves as stable and the initial results have led Kraig to expand its work. We are now preparing to further our efforts with thousands of genetic insertions scheduled near the beginning of the third quarter.
