Yes, it did. Most likely one inexperienced investor placed a 500K at $0.0009 Stop Loss trade. And, of course, MM brought the pps down and stole his/her shares.

NEVER PUT A Stop Loss trade on OTC and even NASDQ! The only honest exchange you can place it is on NYSE.
