Well, something doesn't add up here.

According to OTCMarkets the float is 20,506,857

How could it possibly be that number?
The prospectus says the number of freely transferable shares is 18,136,503. Add the shares that are restricted and it's a match with the O/S mentioned in the prospectus.

If they issued stock to directors then it's restricted. If they issued stock to third parties then it's restricted as well, for 6 months. Besides, they haven't filed a Form D yet and they don't need any money.

So the float = 20,506,857 can't be correct.

The O/S number on OTCMarkets is also highly suspect.
The difference is exactly 8,001,000.
We probably know where the 1,000 shares come from (see prospectus) so that leaves 8,000,000. Perhaps it's a typo. Never seen a round number like that.

The prospectus page 23 says they can only issue 5,038,667 shares to employees. That's the number approved by shareholders.
