It certainly is some strange movement (and non movement) that's been going on with $IBRC lately. I've seen hits of 50k shares at .0002 every morning this week, whatever that might mean.

Expect more news on the way soon, since the CEO has been keeping up with updates nicely. I've seen other stocks like this before... Sometimes it takes a certain type of news release before people really start buying a stock. With all of the potential here, I can't see us being stuck at these low levels for too much longer.
