I'm supposed to believe that TALK was totally deceived by UMS regarding their financials and/or liabilities but TALK went through with the merging deliberately in an indirect way to shield itself from undisclosed liabilities which seems to be EXACTLY what happened? What a *^#@'ing coincidence? Brilliant!!
