Despite what the Teen Age Mutant Ninja Turtle says, I agree with you. These companies can negotiate decent bulk rates and losing a little profit to keep the roll out on time is better than thousands of cancelled subscriptions. I would be on the phone with my credit card company right now, and REDG would be facing charge backs. If 10,000 subscribers did that they would be financially devastated. They may have to go through a dispute resolution process, but Card issuers have been fairly liberal in supporting the consumer with companies.
